The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to our mission of creating an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other. We do that by calling out and addressing bad business practices, such as scams, fraud and misleading advertising, and commending good businesses and good business practices through our BBB Accreditation and Torch Awards for business ethics programs.
